Here's What We See at the Garden
Elizabeth harvested the food in the baskets for the Hospice on September 5, 2001. Our delivery is a weekly event throughout the growing season.
Red onions, beans, leeks, dikon radish, rhubarb, squash, cabbage, carrots, roesmary, chives, parsley, thyme, savory, cucumbers, celery, kale, swiss chard, flowers, tomatoes.
Blueberries
Great addition to your ornamental garden! We planted them for the first time this year and they have been very productive. Beautiful red leaves in the fall, attractive edible landscaping. Plant with Rhododendrons, Azaleas, ferns - they like the same soil conditions - don't require pruning - don't have thorns, are not invasive, delicious berries.
Tomatoes
Harvest of "Rocco's Favourite" - developed by a Vancouver gardener - selecting the best of his crop for over twenty years - great for paste. Rocco was the winner of our Best Food Garden In Vancouver Contest.
